NBC News: A Florida jury found a man guilty on four lesser charges after he shot at a car after a loud music dispute, killing one teen.
Michael David Dunn was found guilty of three counts of attempted murder, but the jury deadlocked on the first-degree murder charge and the judge a mistrial on the count. Dunn claimed that he shot and killed 17-year-old Jordan Davis outside a Jacksonville convenience store in self-defense after an argument over loud music.
The judge said sentencing for Dunn’s four guilty charges will be on March 24, 2014.
